Dog Training
The process starts with a puppy. From birth to three months of age. The pup learns about itself and its surroundings as it develops its brain, under the close monitoring of trained and qualified Handler.
The pup is able to socialize with people and other animals making sure as they develop wholesomely with their temperament kept in check. Socialization builds the foundation upon which all other future behavior and training is based on. Life-long self confidence of the dog is developed at this stage.
We proceed to Obedience Training where TSS focusses on the following aspects:
- Basic Obedience – you must be able to exercise full control over the guard Dog.
- We familiarize the dog with its noun, our corporate uniform and language including the commands.
- Distance Control – so that you can control the guard Dog and give instructions from a distance
We finally proceed to Attack training.
This is done concurrently with Obedience training using special training equipment. We do not teach the dog to attack, but we bring out its natural aggression since the dog is a territorial animal. Its territorial behavior is however not only geographical but also includes the people populating its world. The purpose is to blend the dog and our Security officers into one integral unit.

Guard Dogs:
These types of dogs are used to guard against intruders and watch for unwanted or unexpected people or animals. They are always alert and aware of their environment. Their training puts emphasis on obedience and will commonly alert owners of a stranger’s presence in its Territory.
Watch or Attack Dogs:
These kinds of dogs are trained to defend or attack on the owner’s command. They will not attack unless their owners are facing threat or are commanded to attack. However, it should be understood that these dogs will react without command when the owner is threatened, or disabled and unable to command the dog. They are the types used as police dogs or used by the military as sentry guards.
